Is an appointment always necessary?
No an appointment is not always necessary, you can just pop in and there may be a slot for you
Is it possible to book an appointment out of hours if it is needed?
Yes we are happy to come in specially for you, just give us a call and book a time.
Are all of your stylists fully qualified?
Yes all our stylists are highly qualified and trained to NVQ2 Standards in all aspects of modern
day hair dressing. All our stylist creative and are rapidly making a name for themselves for the

Can I book my next appointment even though it might be weeks in advance?
Yes thats absolutely fine, we can keep appointments up to 3 months in advance
Do you take a credit card?
Yes we accept, visa; mastercard; visa electron; solo; maestro
Can I buy the products you are using in the salon?
Yes all the products we use including, Bed Head by Tigi and Wella are available to buy in the
salon. Click here for more information on the products
What colours do you use at the salon?
We use Matrix colour & Tigi styling product
Do I need a skin test if I want a colour application?
Yes, all new colours require a skin test 48 hours prior to appointment, give us a call for more
information.
For colour correction please call us to book a free consultation.
